Once you’ve earned enough points, you can come back to this page and your eligible rewards will appear below the loyalty progress bar.

Select “UNLOCK“ next to the reward you want, and you will be sent an email with a unique coupon code. You can also see your available coupons in the “AVAILABLE REWARDS” section of this page.

Apply that coupon at checkout and receive your rewards!

There are 2 likely reasons this may happen – and they are both related to pesky system limitations with the program we use to manage the loyalty program.

1. If your order contains a Loyalty Exempt Item – such as a QP or other bundle, the coupon may fail to apply at checkout. In some cases even when you’re trying to apply the coupon towards another item you’re trying to order above and beyond the Exempt item. Such as purchasing a pack of edibles and a QP bundle, if the coupon sees the QP, it MAY fail to apply because it registers the QP as coupon exempt.
2. Some of our ongoing promotions will try to conflict at checkout just due to bugs in th system, it’s not all of them, but it may happen from time to time. Note that you ARE able to use your loyalty coupon on sale items and during promotions so long as they are NON loyalty exempt items, but if the checkout bugs out and fails, please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to resolve it manually.
